What's the difference between admin and worker users?
Admin seats are for office staff, planners, and managers who need full access to orders, inventory, settings, and reports. Worker seats are for shop floor operators who use the mobile worker app to view their queue, start/complete operations, and track time. Workers cost less (£5/mo vs £19/mo) because they use fewer features.
Can I change my team size anytime?
Absolutely! You can add or remove users at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing adjusts pro-rata for the current month. No penalties, no hassle.
What happens during my free trial?
You get full access to all features for 21 days. We'll help you set up your account, import your data, and train your team during a free onboarding call. If CutFlow isn't right for you, just let us know before the trial ends, no charge.

How does billing work?
You're billed monthly based on your current user count. The base platform fee is £49/month, plus £19 per admin seat and £5 per worker seat. You can cancel anytime - no long-term contracts.
Can I add/remove users mid-month?
Yes! You can adjust your team size anytime. When you add users, we'll charge a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the month. When you remove users, we'll credit your account for the unused time.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
We offer flexible monthly billing with no long-term contracts. Pay month-to-month and cancel anytime — no lock-in required.
